I have used this product off and on for a couple of years. The first time I used it I was really impressed with it, it gave me so much energy and helped me take my workout to another level. I’ve done the shots in the past. RELUCTANTLY done the shots. The HCG diet was so successful with the shots I was set to do them again when I found the pellets. Same result, no shots! So very pleased with this product! No refrigeration was the icing on top too!
